V = 9.8;  Size 9.3x2.2;  SB = 12.9;  PA = 44d

13.1": very bright and impressive, very large, nearly edge-on 4:1 SW-NE, 
8.0'x2.0', halo is broadly concentrated.  Mottled or dusty near the core but no 
distinct nucleus.
