V = 10.8;  Size 8.1x4.0;  SB = 14.4;  PA = 15d

13.1": fairly bright, fairly large, broad concentration, almost round.  Double 
star h2574 = mag 11/11 at 35" separation is 2.2' SSW of center.  N3729 lies 12' 
ENE.  The galaxy chain HCG 56 = U06527 = VV 150 lies 7' S.
